Nataliya Zinych is Corporate Affairs Manager, responsible for managing advocacy efforts for John Deere in Germany.
Nataliya joined Deere in 2009 as Agricultural Economist and Analyst Market Intelligence. In this role, she managed diverse enterprise market research and foresight projects on impacts of macro trends, Ag markets, and policies on Ag equipment industry. Later, Nataliya served as Strategic Projects Manager, Marketing Services EU, CIS, Near and Middle East.
Nataliya is actively engaged at CEMA in High-Level Group CO2 & Climate, currently focusing on alternative fuels, carbon farming, and soil health related topics. She is also engaged at the German Association of Mechanical Engineering Industry (VDMA), AmCham Germany, German Agribusiness Alliance, German Digital Association (Bitkom), and Orgalim.
Nataliya is a native Ukrainian. She studied Ag Economics and Agribusiness Management in Ukraine and Germany. Nataliya received her PhD in Ag Economics from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Before joining Deere, Nataliya spent over six years working as University Program Coordinator, Lecturer and Research Fellow – both in Ukraine and Germany.
